The problem was simple. Nobody knew the customer.
For 20 years, I worked in the highly competitive tech sector generating revenue through my relentless pursuit of knowledge. The company I worked for was great at what they did, but had never asked "Who are our customers?"
I watched eCommerce projects suffer, relationships fall apart, businesses struggle, and even fail. The biggest problem our team faced was that even the clients had no idea who their customers were.
So, I built my business to solve the problem.
